1.Who we are

commandpush.com is operated by Proverb AI Consulting, PO Box 28, Cave Creek, AZ 85327, United States. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and what control you have over it. It covers commandpush.com only, not the websites we build and operate for our clients, which have their own policies.

2.What we collect

Information you give us

The only places this site asks for information are the free mockup request form and the book-a-call page. The form collects:

• Your business name, trade, and city and state (required)
• Your phone number and email address (required)
• Your current website address (optional)
• Any notes you choose to write

When you submit that form, it is emailed to us and nothing more. We do not write it to a database on this website, and there is no account, login, or profile behind it. The book-a-call page links to a third-party scheduling tool, which has its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Our host records standard request data including IP address, timestamp, and user agent. This is ordinary infrastructure logging used for security and reliability.
• Fonts. Typefaces are self-hosted on our own domain. No request goes to Google or any other font service when the page loads.
• Analytics. If you consent, Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP (city level), device and browser type, referring site, and whether you submitted the mockup form. We have disabled Google Signals and ad personalization, so this data is not used to build advertising profiles or follow you across other websites.

3.Cookies & local storage

No analytics cookies are set unless you accept them. Until then, analytics runs in a cookieless mode that cannot identify you or link visits together.

4.How we use information

• To design your mockup and contact you about it
• To understand which pages work and how people find us
• To keep the site secure and functioning
• To meet legal and record-keeping obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we will not add you to a marketing list from a mockup request without asking you first.

5.We do not sell or share your personal information

Proverb AI Consulting does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, the two activities that trigger “Do Not Sell or Share” rights under California law. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We run no advertising pixels, and Google Signals and ad personalization are switched off in our analytics configuration.

6.Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to run this site. They may process your information only on our instructions and only to provide their service:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy governs until you are told otherwise.

7.Your choices

• Change your mind at any time. Select Your Privacy Choices in the footer of any page to accept or decline analytics.
• Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out automatically. You do not need to do anything else, and the page will confirm that we honored it.
• Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. This site will work the same either way.
• Email. Reply to any message from us and ask us to stop, and we will.

8.Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it
• Access a copy of it, in a portable format where required
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Delete personal information we hold about you
• Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We do none of these.
• Limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect any.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We will never deny you service, change your price, or give you a lesser experience for doing so.

We will not charge you for exercising these rights, and exercising them will not affect whether or how we respond to your mockup request.

9.Exercising your rights

Email jrose@proverbaiconsulting.com with what you would like us to do. Because we hold very little, usually just an email thread from a mockup request, the fastest way for us to verify you is to write from the same email address you used on the form. If you cannot, we may ask for other information to confirm your identity, and we will use it only for that purpose.

We respond within 45 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and may extend once by a further 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization.

If we say no

You may appeal by replying to our decision with the word Appeal. We will review it and give you a written answer within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, we will tell you how to complain to your state Attorney General. California residents may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.

10.Retention

• Mockup requests live in our email as long as needed to follow up and keep ordinary business records, and are deleted on request.
• Analytics data is retained by Google for a maximum of 14 months.
• Server logs are kept on our host's standard short-term schedule.

11.Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. We keep the number of systems touching your information deliberately small. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12.Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

13.Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and we will give prominent notice on the site for material changes.
